Please check your category, submission material, and contact details carefully before making a payment.
Registration fees
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once an application is submitted and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed.
What this includes
This policy applies in the following situations:
- You decide to withdraw your submission.
- Documents are incorrect or incomplete.
- An event deadline is missed.
- An entry is disqualified for violating the Terms and Conditions.
Failed transactions
If a transaction fails but an amount is deducted, your bank or payment gateway will generally return it to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the issue continues, contact your bank or email us with your transaction details.
Event cancellation
If Madhubala Films completely cancels an award event, registered participants will be informed by email. Any applicable refund instructions will be shared at that time.
