These terms outline the responsibilities of participants and Madhubala Films for use of the platform and event submissions.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and the agreement between you and Madhubala Films. By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
Event registration
When registering for an event, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to follow the rules and regulations set for the relevant Madhubala Films event.
Intellectual property
You retain the rights to your films and submitted materials. By submitting your work, you grant Madhubala Films a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use snippets, posters, and your name to promote the event.
Disqualification
Madhubala Films may disqualify an entry that does not follow submission guidelines or contains plagiarised or inappropriate content. Registration fees will not be refunded in these circumstances.
Awards, event decisions and disputes
Decisions made by Madhubala Films, its event team, and the appointed jury regarding eligibility, selection, nominations, awards, disqualification, scheduling, and event administration are final and binding for the event. These decisions are not subject to event-level appeal or reconsideration. Please contact Madhubala Films first to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a concern. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
